Day of Shame 651 - Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not.

Dr, Suess, he was great! You can't think of him without also thinking about childhood and the good life . . . character and integrity, a world without strife! Growing up in a world filled with love and not with much pain . . . if you are lucky enough! Or fortunate enough not to have to deal with too many people like GraphixoneNJ print shop owner and former Plainfield NJ Chamber of Commerce VP, Jeffrey Yingling or his partner Phillip Repella III! Or to wind up being abused and brutalized by everyone from the Union County Prosecutor's Office, the Plainfield Municpal Prosecutor, and various as yet un-named officials both elected and appointed in the State, County and Local governments when you try to seek JUSTICE . . . people and a system that is supposed to be there to aid and protect you, especially if you happened to be a child! When you are a victim, you are by state law to be treated with respect and compassion by law enforcement and the courts, and this never happened for this family, they were disrespected from day one!
We can all make a difference if we but stand up to what we know is wrong, and stand up for what is RIGHT!

Day of Shame #649 Welcome to Shamefield Where Most of the Children are Left Behind!

After looking at the BOE election results, I see why someone can get away with bias assaults on the children of this town, and then recieve the blessings of the mayor, the council and the district attorney, not to mention glowing compliments from the local blogs and from our award winning beat reporter! Not even 1000 voters and I will bet most of them are more worried about property taxes than the welfare of the kids!
Award winning journalist, what a joke! The child's Grandmother went to the Courier News and spoke with Mark Spivey. Now Mark went to his friends in the Union County Prosecutors Office and I imagine his friends in the City of Plainfield . . . elected or appointed or in law enforcement. . . officials who are his news sources! He never interviewed the Grandmother or either child victim or any of the witnesses! We imagine he decided not to cover the story because it would anger his friends in Government and he would lose his news sources! We believe this is what happened, he never returned her phone calls! Have you ever noticed that his pieces are nothing more than press releases from the County or Local Government?
I believe the only stories he writes about that he really feels strongly about are his beer critiques . . . but that's another story . . . there but by the grace of God go I!
I have been asked, how could this be a racial bias cover up? Aren't a few of the officials under scrutiny black or minorities?
Remember what Julian Bond said, "Blacks are as capable of racism against Blacks as any one else!"

Do You Want to be a Part of the SOLUTION or Do You Want to Remain Part of the PROBLEM?

Every time that I have to have any dealings with Union County or the City of Plainfield I am always deeply saddened and sickened by the experience! There doesn't seem to be enough antibacterial soap or hot water to cleanse away the muck and grime of the political corruption which you must work your way through just to try to get a glimpse of true justice!
You want to head to the nearest landfill or sewage treatment plant to get a breath of fresh air!!!!
Have you noticed that the council has passed a resolution aimed at protecting themselves from hate crimes and ugly free speech . . . what about the rest of us?
Then there is the time that our dear Mayor spent $20,000.00 to end the violence . . . after the three shootings this week alone, I don't believe her initiative has worked!
And then you have fools like J J Cooke who reprimand us for not spending millions of dollars on unproven technology that will only tell us where the shoots were fired and when . . . sort of, but they don't tell us who fired them or in what direction they went!
. . . The Police know the where and when right away from the concerned citizen's phone calls!
I would rather spend the Million dollars to put 10 officers back on patrol! Funny thing but you do not hear about drive bys and armed robberies where there is a Police presence!
It is up to us, the People, to take back our city, county and state!

Day 648 . . .It Is Never Too Late . . . To Do The RIGHT THING . . . C'mon Shamefield!

Ever wonder why I can get away with saying whatever I want to about the Sick and Corrupt individuals running this County of Union and Municipality formerly known as Plainfield!
I have thought about this quite a bit!
No it is not the fact that I am anonymous . . . any ordinary citizen with just a little bit of computer literacy can find out who I am!
The people who I am leveling accussations against have the power of the government on their side, I believe that they already know my name! Why no charges against me? Why nothing said and done in response to anything I have said? I would then have them in a Courtroom under oath, they do not want that! It doesn't look good when a public official pleads the 5th!
As long as they keep their mouths shut about what happened, they do not have to worry about perjury or corruption charges! Malfesance by elected and appointed officials!
I pray that Jeff and Rashid and the Chairman and Teddy the Russian and his Motely Crew and whoever else is involved in this debacle get from God everything they deserve! And Sheila, you haven't been forgotten . . . who had you dismiss all the charges against Yingling? The Mayor or Council Members? . . . you answer to all of them, don't you?
One of the reasons that we have kept this campaign for Justice active and will not let it die, is of course the children who were victimized and whose rights as American Citizens and Human Beings were brutalized by a system that is supposed to protect them but fell short!
Another reason we did not lose sight of our goal was due to the encouragement of many of Plainfield's Police Officers who were aware of the case and what happened and told the Grandmother that she must continue to seek justice because what was done, just wasn't right and needed to be rectified!!!! If only they were able to come forward without the fear of repurcussions . . . things might be different now!
The charges leveled against Jeff Yingling had nothing to do with what he actually did! He committed indictable offenses but was never charged!
Wake up Plainfield . . .it's still not too late!!!!

I was reading Plaintalker II April 19th about the drunken bash on the train to Washington . . . And then Mapps rebuke of the whole incident. He didn't deny it happened, just said he would never talk about it again!
Well after reading Rebecca's blurb on Freeloader Linda Carter's party honoring her abilities to play one side against the other to get what she wants from both, I was wondering if the Unholy Trinity got carried away with the libations at this bash also!
There is a picture of the three, Storch,Williams and Mapp on her blog today . . . seeing that picture makes you want to do what comes natural around all politicians . . . check and make sure you still have your wallet!!!!
Can't be too critical of Carter, she did have some potholes fixed for Dan!
Now it looks as though the State is having Union County investigate itself in the handling of the Hate Crime of July 18th 2009 . . . that is the case which ended up with Union County and Plainfield City violating State and Federal Law regarding the treatment of victims of violent crimes!
Why the Hell would someone hire the Fox to guard the Henhouse . . . our State, County and Local tax dollars at WORK!!!!

Well the NJ State Bias Crime Unit has been handed the investigation of the Hate Crime committed by Jeff Yingling against two Plainfield children that happened on July 18th 2009 @ 1854 hours reported on case # 09-24630 which was mishandled and covered up by the Union County Prosecutor, the Plainfield Police Dept and various elected and appointed individuals of the Plainfield Municipal Government!
"The prosecutor who filed bogus charges, the cops who knowingly wrote these tickets up, the county and state and municipal officials who helped to get Jeff Yingling off Scott free -- not only were they all in the wrong and in violation of the law,but they are responsible for causing real harm to the two children, their families and the community at large, and so far it looks as though none of them are going to suffer any consequences."
Wake up people of Shamefield, as Martin Luther King has said, "Justice denied anywhere diminishes justice everywhere!"
The deeds of these creeps needs to be brought into the light, and they all need to be held responsible and punished!

Plainfield Police Report on Case #09-24630 . . . The bias incident of July 18,2009 @ 1854 hours at Washington School where a 9 year old and a 12 year old were the victims of a Hate Crime by Jeff Yingling, the VP of the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, . . . a crime for which he was never prosecuted due to the fact that the incident was downplayed and manipulated and then covered up by Union County and Plainfield Municipal Officials and Law Enforcement! By the time they were finished, nothing had happened, there were no victims because there never was a crime!
I wish that the State OAG will finally get involved because it would be a major conflict of interests for Union County and Plainfield Law Enforcement and Officials to Investigate themselves! The appearence of impropriety and malfeasence which permeats this despicable incident makes any decent person want to wretch!!!!
When everything is said and done and all the parties are sworn in and have to tell the TRUTH so help them GOD . . . watch the game of PASS THE BUCK that goes on then!!!!

Well with the passing of the Hate Crime and Ugly Free Speech Resolution by the city Council, and with Councilor Storch publicizing and promoting the Council's actions and the Resolution itself, I was sure that change was in the air and we would see all the wrongs done to those two child victims of the Hate Crime on July 18th 2009, perpetrated by Jeff Yingling, would be investigated and made right! Was I ever wrong!!!!
It looks as though everything that the council did and said on 4/11/2011 was empty and without substance!!!!
A little bit of self promotion and patting themselves on the back all while singing their own praises . . . Vanity, thy name is the Plainfield City Council!!!!

At least the Mayor didn't publicly resolve to side with these fakes, phonies and frauds on the council and we know that Jerry isn't against Hate Crimes and Ugly Free Speech unless they are directed at HIM!!!!

Since your passage of the Hate Crimes and Ugly Free Speech Resolution on April 11, 2011, we, some very concerned citizens of Plainfield feel that the first action which should be undertaken is a thorough and compleat investigation into the Hate Crime against 2 juveniles on 18Jul09@1854 at Washington School committed by Chamber of Commerce VP Jeff Yingling that was subsequently covered up and made to go away by various individuals in County and City government and law enforcement who shall remain unnamed at this time!
We were glad to see that resolution passed because now you will do something about this miscarriage of justice or be branded forever as fakes and liars!

Day number 635 . . . am really getting tired of all their JIVE!!!!

Just read Storch's blurb about how he and the council voted in a resolution against Hate Crimes and Ugly Free Speech! So that means that after the last Council meeting they became opposed to it but before that time they were for it? I have ALWAYS BEEN AGAINST IT!
The Union County Prosecutors Office has also said that if your car gets hit by a stone, you are withing your rights to call juvenile black children the N word . . . no lie, several people heard the UC Prosecutor's spokesperson say this!
What he, Storch, doesn't tell you is that they, the council, are apparently only against Hate Crimes and Ugly Free Speech when it is seemingly directed at them!
When 2 Black Children are the victims of the Hate Crime, (a Bias Assault, Terroristic Threats and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor), by someone known to the mayor and the council, an officer of a local business group, the VP of the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, in their eyes it is no longer Hateful, Ugly or even a Crime!
These political hacks are running our City and our County into the ground? WAKE UP PEOPLE . . .We can do much better than THEM!!!!
These children who were victimized by not only that sick individual Jeff Yingling, but also by the system and the elected and appointed officials of that system, that is in place to protect them and their families . . . NEED JUSTICE so that they can MOVE FORWARD without FEAR!!!!!!!

Day 634 . . .They Must Have Run For The Door . . .

On March 18th 2011 I posted my original blog about the injustices heaped onto a local Grandmother and her Grandchild by both Union County and Plainfield City officials both elected and appointed. It even appears as though some local bloggers and a Courier News Reporter were in on the coverup! Of how both the City and the County violated the Civil Rights of both of these individuals!
I named NAMES! I gave the date, time and place of the initial crime, a bias assault against two local children by an official of a local business association and how his friends in office helped to make the charges disappear! I gave the case # of the official Police Report! All parties involved were contacted!
No response . . . the allegations were never even checked out by anyone in office . . . the people who are supposed to represent you and protect your interests!
No response from anyone mentioned, no comments to my blog . . . even though there have been over 500 pageviews in less than a month . . . no righteous indignation! Take that back or I will take you to court!!!!
The problem for them is that if anyone of them makes a public statement about this or takes me to court on what I have said, then they would be on record, sworn in and under oath . . . there are penalties for lying!!!! They have been trying to keep this whole debacle hidden from view, they are afraid of a public courtroom! They are deathly afraid of the TRUTH!!!!!!!
The Crime Victims Bill of Rights (NJS 52:4B-36) has been violated for this family from day ONE!!!!!!!

Basically, no matter where the family went to seek JUSTICE, whether it was the Police, the Union County DA, the Municipal Prosecutor, the Assemblyman, the Mayor, the Council Members, the local NAACP (the Rev. Branch was trying to get dirt on 2 cops, not racial justice for the child),the Courier News ( we can only assume that if he would have run with a negative story on the County and the City, the reporter's news sources within the government would have dried up ), the local Bloggers, Police Officer Leslie Knight (she was made aware of it at a community meeting which she helped to run at a local apartment complex), the Chamber of Commerce, the SID and the list goes on and on . . .
One of these individuals contacted did say that if only the children had been run over or injured, then they could do something!!!!

But if you are a white official in a Plainfield Business Association ( The Plainfield City Chamber of Commerce), who seems to have quite a few LOWLY FrIENDS in HIGH PLACES, then you can get away with chasing down TWO BLACK CHILDREN with a pickup truck (you were trying to run them over for throwing a stone at your 1988 Toyota) while calling these terrified children the N Word and telling them to lay down in front of your vehicle . . . the only punishment you have to be worried about is to have to head a fundraiser for the Plainfield Rescue Squad and have to read your glowing praises in print from local bloggers, Politicians (Rashid Burney) and reporter Mark Spivey!

You recently went to the funeral of a young man who was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was murdered, this fine young man was only 16! Did you know that the victim of the bias attack, the 9 year old, is the best friend of one of the murdered young man's younger brothers?
This says to our young . . . no justice on the street and no justice from our officials! These children need their day in court, their stories heard and the perpetrators locked up not praised!

Pick-Up Trucks can Break My Bones but Names Will Never Hurt Me . . . . .

Like I was saying,these people don't care about you or your families Plainfield, unless you belong to their clique! Adrian Mapp and the Crew are absolutely incensed about someone passing out a flyer with insults and name calling aimed at them to the point of calling it a Hate Crime and demanding an investigation by the Union County Prosecutor's Office . . . . .
But when it comes to two Plainfield children being terrorized, the victims of a bias assault, they are unwilling to even do a cursory investigation of the allegations I have made!
I have given them the names, the date, the time and the Police Case Number and yet they do nothing! They are more concerned that they might be implicated in something bad for their careers than in the citizens of the community they were elected to represent!
In the Police Report, the main adult witness to the attack was a Black Female at the school with her children, she had to pull the two victims from in front of Yingling's truck so that they would not get run over!
Other witnesses heard the people in the truck yelling out the word Niggers at the children while they were being chased down by Yingling and Repella . . . it is all in the official Police Report!

I will NOT be publicizing your blog with its anonymous accusations. This incident has not been brought to my attention in any official way. I don't know what you expect me to do about this. You do not even identify yourself and yet expect me to promote this perceived injustice.

Given how long you have been railing against this individual, who is NOT, as you seem to think, a friend of mine, it seems to me that there is some sort of personal vendetta.

Further, that you are actually trolling Facebook to try to suggest some untoward or unholy alliance between us is downright invasive and "stalkerish," in my opinion.

I will not be addressing this again, so please save yourself the trouble of posting comments on this topic on my blog. I will simply delete them.

I will, of course, publish any commentary you may want to make in response to my blog posts on issues affecting our city.

Trolling facebook, no! When this incident first happened, the child's guardian,not knowing who this individual was, and how they could make serious charges disappear, googled this guy and came up with his facebook address and all his friends of which you are listed as one.
I am sorry that Racial Injustices committed against the children of Plainfield, committed by people in positions of public trust, are of no concern to you!

Oh, and by the way Jeff Yingling and Rebecca Williams have changed the settings on their facebook accounts so that their friends lists are no longer available to anyone. Interesting!!!!

There is definitely the appearance of impropriety and of conflict of interest on the part of everyone from the Union County Prosecutor's Office on down to the lowliest Council Member!!!!

People of Plainfield, stand up for what is decent and right and demand to be made aware of exactly what happened that denied justice to these children!

An Open Letter to the Mayor and the City Council!

To: Sharon Robinson-Briggs,Annie McWilliams, Adrian Mapp, Cory Storch, Bill Reid, Bridget Rivers, Vera Greaves, Rebecca Williams. Rashid Burney, Linda Carter

I have included the names of former Council Members because they were in office when a bias assault, by an individusl, known to them all, Jeffrey Yingling, the VP of the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, was perpetrated against two juvenile members of the community on July 18 2009 at Washington School @ 1854 hours. The events of which were recorded in an official Police Report, case #09-24630.

The details of the incident are shocking to the sensibilities of any decent human being!
Not only was Yingling not charged with the bias assault and only charged with some minor motor vehicle offenses, all charges were later dropped by Sheila Ellington the municipal prosecutor as if nothing happened,but right after the dismissal of charges, Mr. Yingling ran a fund drive for the Plainfield Rescue Squad with the endorsment of the mayor, the council and the police and fire divisions!http://www.scribd.com/doc/29521159/2010-Fund-Raiser-Final

When contacted as to why charges were dismissed by Ms. Ellington, the Union County Prosecutor's Office said that the Mayor and the City Council would have to be contacted for an answer because Ms. Ellington answered to them!

Mayor Briggs, esteemed council people, . . . there are many people in the community who would like to know why you allowed this "Racial Injustice" to happen and to be hidden from the good citizens of Plainfield!!!!!!!
