Councilor Williams if you are so interested in the children, why won't you even do a cursory investigation into allegations I have made of a bias attack on two Black Children in the 3rd Ward by a white Business association leader and the possible malfeasence by elected and/or appointed offials? I have given you names, dates, location and the official Police report #, and the time of day! What more do you need?
You recently went to the funeral of a young man who was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was murdered, this fine young man was only 16! Did you know that the victim of the bias attack, the 9 year old, is the best friend of one of the murdered young man's younger brothers?
This says to our young . . . no justice on the street and no justice from our officials! These children need their day in court, their stories heard and the perpetrators locked up not praised!

Somebody should ask Mark Spivey why after being contacted by the family of the bias attack victim when they were being treated so badly by the system, did he only talk to his friends in the DA's office and not the victims or witnesses to the crime, before deciding to quash the story. Investigative reporter or Public Relations Man for Union County and Plainfield. . . which are you Mark?
