Of all the people who could have helped him escape justice , you weilded the most power and influence! At large for the second and third ward (the incident took place in the third ward), council president and loved by Jerry Green and the Mayor Briggs!
Isn't the Municipal Prosecutor answerable to the Council Members and the Mayor who chose her? It was really wonderful that Jeff got all charges to go away! How the Crime Victims Bill of Rights Act was violated by her!
