And that creep didn't even get a slap on the wrist! This dirtbag was treated by everyone from the DA, to the Police Dept., to the Council, to the Mayor like he was royalty and the child and his Grandmother were treated worse than second class citizens! Illegals get better treatment from our Mayor, Council and Police Dept than the woman and her grandson got from them!!!!
